On May 24, a delegation of staff from Vanfon Manpower and the president of the Japan University Student Internship Association visited a university in Sichuan to discuss about cooperation.
On the morning of the same day, the dean, secretary, deputy dean, etc. of the School of Foreign Languages had an in-depth communication with the delegation about internships for Japanese majors, employment for engineering majors, and Japanese training. In the afternoon and evening of the same day, Vanfon Manpower representatives conducted interviews and lectures for the internship programs in Japan.
The school's leaders said that internships in Japan are an important part of students' social practice activities, which can not only greatly improve students' Japanese proficiency, but also promote students' further understanding and familiarity with Japanese culture and companies.
At present, Japan faces a serious shortage of young technical personnel, and the school has a large number ofgraduates to fill the shortage. In addition to helping to alleviate the manpower shortage in Japan to a certain extent and promoting the diversification and internationalization of the internship employment of the school, Vanfon Manpower has also made breakthrough and created good conditions for the in-depth cooperation in sending graduates to work in Japan.
