Vanfon Manpower Training Center was established in 1994. It is a professional training center for foreign labor service industry approved by the Ministry of Commerce (formerly Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation). The training center covers an area of 6,666 m2with 38 full-time teachers, 2 foreign teachers and 12 practical skill trainers. The training center is equipped with multimedia classrooms, language labs, skill practice classrooms, simulation classrooms, experience classrooms and other classrooms. There are 31 classrooms and 78 dormitories, which can accommodate more than 800 people at the same time and provide language training in Japanese, German and English, as well as overseas adaptability, compliance awareness, physical and skills training.
In 2009, after being approved by the Shandong Provincial Government, it became the first "international nurse training center" in Shandong province.
In the center, in order to enable students to concentrate more efficiently and effectively, full-time training and semi-military management are implemented.
For many years, the training center has been adhering to the concept of customer-first.
The trainees’ comprehensive capacity and language proficiency have been greatly improved after the training in foreign language, skill level, adaptability, service awareness, compliance awareness, etc. The training center has gained unanimous praise of the Ministry of Commerce and the customers and has become a model in the labor service industry.
